The Connectinc. staff is available from 8:00 in the morning until 8:00 at night Monday through Friday and from 9:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the evening on Saturdays. All of the representatives are assigned one or more counties, but with our advanced level of technology, any representative can connect you with the proper service or organization regardless of the county you live in.
At Connectinc., we pride ourselves on being attentive, respectful and resourceful. Every member of the Connectinc. staff has either a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Social Work, Business, Economics, Criminal Justice Corrections, Psychology or Public Relations. This wide range of degrees enables us to better serve our customers in whatever area they need assistance, which could be anything from re-employment to buying a new home.
